I'm full of throwbacks today, since #dahlias are about to take center stage in my #garden. A little #cottagecore basket cellphone photo from my #cutflowergarden last year.

Last year I had to miss cumulatively a month and a half of some of the most glorious bloom cycles due to being out of state and family loss. During my time spent at home I simply didn't have the energy to photograph my garden and harvests with my proper camera. About 90% of my garden photos from last year are just cell phone shots, a cryin' shame on my part. This season, as summer flowers really come into their own, I hope to photograph them all in a way that does them justice.
