Y’all. Did you know the #cvs uses the metrics from the self check out stations to allocate hours to stores? This means if people are using them humans are getting less and less hours in the store.
I’ve noticed a trend in the few #CVS stores I have inside views on. They are cutting elderly and disabled workers hours to below full time. People who have worked there for 20+ years as full time employees are losing benefits.

Those self check outs are allowing corporate to erase elderly and disabled persons from their store.
