介紹了 DDR5 在 RDIMM 、UDIMM 還有 DDR4 的差別

簡單文摘：
1. 過去 RDIMM 的機器是可以插 UDIMM的，但是 DDR5 RDIMM 輸入電壓是 12V 、UDIMM 是 5V，插槽上防呆也不一樣
2.DDR5本身協定是 ECC on-chip，而 ECC DDR5 則是 ECC on-Module
然後
現在有支援 CXL 的機器
可以透過 CXL 擴充與系統記憶體同等延遲的記憶體容量，而不需要讓 CPU 增加記憶體通道
