Question d’équilibre pour les opérations #cyber russe entre du access & collect et du destructif avec le wiper #cybercon - hyper interessant on voit qu’ils font principalement du destructif et cela implique pour eux de révéler et souvent perdre leurs accès. Beaucoup d’erreurs humaines (opérateur qui n’utilise pas le bon wiper) et des ressources contraintes avec la réutilisation d’assets pour d’autres opérations.
