This time we learn that the majority of Tesla’s designers “hated” the #Cybertruck so much they didn’t even want to work on it. But #Musk ignored them and said “I don't do focus groups.”

Hey genius, the people you hire to design things aren’t a focus group. Designing cars is literally their job!

I own a REAL truck (an F250 Diesel Longbed 4x4) and Tesla's looks ridiculous.

Who'd want a stainless steel truck that has to be produced to a "mm" level of precision to look "right."

Anyone w/a truck that actually USES IT knows how easy it is to dent it & no one who needs to actualy use it as a truck would actually buy/lease one.

It's a show off piece that only a few "rich" people who want to prove how much $ they can waste might buy/lease one but nothing will ever touch the bed of them.

If #Tesla is expected to make “sub-mm” tolerances the norm on a #Cybertruck - how will they deal with thermal expansion? I have experienced 80°+ (F) temperature differentials in a single day of driving (I left Laramie, WY at 37° in the morning and drove through a 109° eastern Oregon in the evening). That’s maybe a hundredth of an inch expansion per foot of material. May not sound like much - until your doors won’t open or close or a tail-gate jams.
