I'll start us off! Here is a picture taken my senior year of high school (30 years ago!). The kit I am wearing was the first racing club I competed under, the jerseys hanging were a collection of first jersey owned, future university's collegiate cycling team, etc.

Ottumwa, Iowa native and early wheelman, John Pallister, circa 1880s. As one of the most prolific early U.S. high wheel century enthusiasts he earned 200 century gold bars (distinction earned by wheelman upon completing a certified century).

The newly dedicated Ottumwa, IA 10-lap board track, July 1899. Held the L.A.W. Iowa state championships with competitors including the Pallister Bros, (Otumwans), Duesenbergs (of automobile fame), and internationally-known competitors Major Taylor and Tom Butler.
