My actual ischeal distance is 127 mm, so this is low but just within the range they suggest.

If you aren't carrying bags and it stays dry almost any bike will work on the 'chat' packed gravel of the trail including a standard road bike.
To be safe I'd go with a gravel bike with wider, softer tires for comfort and traction if the trail gets a bit soft and juicy from rain.
Remarkably the trail dries out very quickly when the sun comes out.
