I've thought about getting an , but the reason I cycle is to get fit and all that. I guess I feel like e-bikes are cheating. Also they're expensive.

Are e-bikes a valid way to commute and get fit?

I am looking for a for my daugher. She is riding a bicycle with 20inch wheels.

So my question is:
- are their hubs designed for smaller wheel sizes?
- is their a model I should look for in particular, to optimise for a decent lightning/drag ratio between 10 to 30kph on small wheels ?

Di…3? Took back-to-back rides recently (in -5 C!) to test a few bikes. Each frame had one of the three latest of Shimano’s road groups. The differences are subtle, mad subtle.
