I didn't intend on winding up with something this close to a Negroni, but here we are. 1 Ransom Old Tom gin, 1 Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, 1 Cynar. Lots of ice. Stirred with my finger. :) And if you really want one this size, multiply those numbers by 1.5. ;)

Ok so slow sipping today (I do need to pack for my morning flight) and had the forethought to make big for tonight's fine
