#ThinkingOutLoud: Die Fähigkeit des #sensemaking, insbesondere auch die praktische Anwendung von Frameworks with #Cynefin von Dave Snowden, fasziniert mich. Ich frage mich, was für (selbstgesteuerte) Lernansätze es zu diesem Themenkomplex gibt, damit das Verständnis und die Fähigkeit dafür breit aufgebaut werden kann. Ein #lernOS Leitfaden gibt es ja leider (noch) nicht.

J'aime beaucoup ce qu'apporte Dave Snowden @snowded : #cynefin, narrative, decision making, etc. Et il invoque l'idée qu'il faut réécrire le passé. Donc, non pas imaginer un futur, ni se baser sur l'histoire du passé (qui enferme oui), mais réécrire un passé sous un jour nouveau pour se projeter / levier. @simondueckert trotzdem finde ich es gefährlich, einen Prozess als linear und implizit "einfach" zu "framen", wenn eigentlich ein komplexes Projekt angegangen wird.

@heidihelfand Not really. As you said, constant fluctuation makes me wonder whether "the same" #team does even exist, 2 months from now.

I find it more useful to work with an overall direction (best #hopes; images of a preferred #future) when #coaching - rather than to speculate about "inner states" of teams or individuals. So far, I found #SolutionFocus (SF; origins in brief therapy) the most helpful approach here. It supports working in complex domains well (in the #Cynefin sense).

I like to start slow, and make time for reflection before starting detailed work. @harold posted an intricate essay on innovation in complexity and chaos. Point 9: "Creative work is not routine work done faster. It’s a whole different way of
work, and a critical part is letting the brain do what it does best — come up
with ideas. Without time for reflection, most of those innovative ideas will get
buried in the detritus of modern workplace busyness.

letztens habe ich in einem Post gelesen, dass nach der #Cynefin-Matrix Unterricht zur komplizierten Domäne gehöre und #agile Arbeitsweisen daher nicht passen würden. Da hat scheinbar jemand verpasst, was die Aufgaben von Lehrkräften heute sind. Sprachsensibel Unterrichten, Gendergerechte Sprache, Inklusion, Digitalisierung, Corona, Hybrid-Unterricht, personalisiertes Lernen und so weiter. Das alles führt dazu, dass Unterricht zur komplexen Domäne gehört!
