In general it's pretty good, with 3 acres of intermittent wetlands, 3 acres of riparian habitat, 2.5 acres of pollinator shrubs, & about 0.5 acres of meadow.

I'm disappointed about using cement for the path (horrible for climate and heat island effect) and the lack of solar panels to shade the parking area.

The rail yard that fills the middle distance was well past its peak by the time this shot was taken. It was closed and the facilities bulldozed in the 1980s. The central part of the yard is now Rio de Los Angeles State Park.
