Day 1 of the #DAFNE course is complete! We got through a lot of the basics, answering questions like "What are carbs?"

We then calculated the insulin dosage for those carbs & considered correction doses (if needed) 💙 Feeling much more confident with these things.

To explore further: (1) Ratios & how they can be different throughout the day. I feel that I'm often more insulin resistant in the mornings, for example, so I could maybe look at a higher ratio in the AM to PM...
