I'm trying to retrain myself to only click on things that are relevant to whatever I'm currently working on, but #ADHD seeks #dopamine and forgets #goodhabits, so it's a pretty constant battle. I may need to go cold turkey and start forming other #dailyhabits around a reading routine!
Having said that -- as I'm working on trying to set up a publication that relies on the kind of deep, analytical thinking and writing I enjoy diving into most, how can I / we offer content that encourages reading?
