I’ve experienced this before. It was me, my Mom, her sister (my aunt), cousin, and *my* sister. We were all in the gondola when it abruptly stopped—pretty high up, about 2/3 of its journey to its destination. It was about 30-45min wait before things were fully functional and staff greeted us upon disembarking.
