Back in March 2011, after a number of years writing on the DailyKos site, as a apparent man, I got up my nerve to come out to the members of that site.

I had reason tonight to re-read that post, and the associated comments from the community there. I'm still fairly proud of that post. Yeah, some of the language is dated, and I was a baby trans woman. Still, you might enjoy it. And the comments are incredible and so supportive.

On CA Rep. Adam Schiff's response to his censure by the Trump-corrupted GOP House as noted in the #dailykos, I continue to be impressed with his integrity, intelligence, and political skills.

I haven't fully committed to a choice for the CA #Senate seat to replace Dianne Feinstein. I'm more than willing to give more time to Katie Porter, of whom I'm also impressed.

But, I have to admit that Adam Schiff currently has a slight lead with me.

A viable 28th amendment:

"Twenty-Eighth Amendment Repeal of Right to Bear Arms
Section 1 Repeal of Second Amendment
The second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed."

This is the same way the 21st amendment repealed prohibition.
