What can I do to make that happen? Well, the best thing is to get some shit done early so the rest of the day can be hunky-dorey.
After 2+ months of daily #yoga, my wrist has recovered enough to allow me to very slowly manoeuvre from a plank to chaturanga to upward dog to downward dog.
Let me tell you, six months ago I would have thought this impossible.
The wrist is still eh, and in pain, but RoM is much greater, and the ability to put weight on it at all is a plus.
