Another piece from the VR painting game Vermillion.

COAT

My fifth finished painting. A simple traced portrait of a friend’s avatar (full permission given). It seems obvious in hindsight but the final result almost always looks better if I start with a base coat of paint. Also trying to find a good format for my signature that's less obnoxious to look at. I think the way I did some of the detailing kind of clashes with the overall look of the piece but I'm not too sure what to do about that.
