Extinction by dampness.

Even Noah’s getting worried.
Not about fitting the animals on - we’ve diminished the number of species enough to make that one easier - but rather that it doesn’t show signs of stopping…and I’ve bought me some corn for popping. The lights are turned way down low (power outage).

Yi Yi Ren also called barley rice/Chinese barley/job’s tear/coix seeds is perfect for all seasons especially winter.It should be soaked overnight.Add it to soups,stew,cook it with rice,congee or even porridge.It drains damp&tonifies qi.Oedema,stiff achy joints worse in damp weather& muscle spasms.It can also help with a heavy,muzzy head/heavy arm & legs. I have been eating these all year&enjoying cooking them.
