A common response to bad behaviour by MPs is - well, if you don’t like it, vote them out!

The problem is
- general elections don’t happen very often
- the standard of proof for kicking out a sitting MP is extremely high - criminal conviction or long suspension from Parliament etc. Even bankruptcy isn’t enough.
- if they have massive majorities eg my fascist clown MP #dannyKruger, almost nothing that normal people do can dislodge the insolent bastards
