Um...doesn't appointing the current chair of the state GOP to the state Supreme Court seem a bit blatantly political?

This is part of the ongoing pernicious effort by the GOP reduce the people’s voice through initiated acts.

Arkansas only has 75 counties so this law requires signatures from 3/4 of the counties … most of which are quite small and rural, instead of drawing on population centers for signatures.

#darkansas is big #MAGArepublicanExtremists territory.
