All this talk of Jewish vampires and old antisemitic tropes has me thinking about the Dark Crystal series, and how the Skeksis have so many antisemitic tropes, from being the hidden power, both beneath (lower value) and yet in power, sucking the economic and life energy, wearing strange clothes and long, hook noses (beaks).
It really bothered me when I watched it, and no one seemed to acknowledge it on their side.
