To give you an idea what #ublue is doing for me:

I'm building my #sway setup, and I just decided to add #darkman to see if that will handle day/night theme switching.

I edited a config file at #github, and right now github is attempting to rebuild my operating system. If it fails, it will tell me if the new package I'm adding is the failure point and, if it doesn't fail, will show me if it becomes incompatible in the future. All without me having to do anything.

Movie marathon for today was three not dissimilar films. #Darkman, The Phantom and The Shadow. Two of which I’ve got on #Laserdisc. Darkman being the darkest of the three as a “serious film” is probably the best. However The Phantom and The Shadow both play wonderfully to their comic book nature and use that in their aesthetic to great effect, and are perfect Sunday afternoon viewing. For lessons on editing a tight film, #Marvel could take lessons.

Automatic light/dark mode in #Emacs.

I'm sure there's a way to do this in pure Emacs, but I'm using #darkman to set dark-mode at sunset, and light-mode at sunrise. A script in ~/.local/share/dark-mode.d/ runs:

emacsclient -e '(modus-themes-load-vivendi)'
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface color-scheme prefer-dark
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme 'Adwaita-dark'

And the converse for light-mode. Darkman runs from user systemd session.
