Update on Dark Souls: decided not to do the rest of the DLC, so I summoned Solaire and beat Lord Gwyn!

Started a Dark Souls 2 char, but then, Remnant 2 is coming out on the 25th, and the Atelier Marie Remake comes out on the 12th, so I can easily see myself getting distracted from that...

(I'm figuring that I'll go through the DLC some other time on the DS games, because not doing the DLC is a large amount of how I'm actually beating the games...)

I mentioned a while back that I've spend a good deal of time in & the Dark Souls games & never won because I always end up doing something else for a while & starting a new char next time I play.

I also broke that record a while back by winning Dark Souls 3, with a char that went from a bandit knife to Anri's sword with max luck. Part of the trick was that I didn't do a lot of the DLC.

Well, I'm doing the same thing with DS 1 now. This char. ran and got the Great Scythe first thing, and I've been using it all game. Killed Pricilla, too, to get the Lifehunt Scythe, but my now +15 Great Scythe is pretty good!

Well, at this point, I've got the lord vessel, &killed all 4 lords. I did kill the sanctuary guardian, too, & I could *probably* beat Artorias (fought him 2-3 times), but I might just take out Gwyn. I did fight him once, or rather, I ran into the arena & he killed me.

Pretty sure I saved Solaire, too, so I'm going to summon him if I can...

watched a #DarkSouls #agdq speedrun in which they use the Moveswap glitch, spent time mastering the precise quick button presses for it lol, yet for some reason it wouldn’t take effect even when I did it right
