@egonw Seems a bit overkill: who's going to to crosslink proprietary identifiers other than Wikidata? (They could even be personal data, so it helps to have some indication of notability to override that.)
But maybe someone who's already collecting them (or has and doesn't mind losing #TwitterAPI access) could try #Wikibase (https://socialblade.com ?). Waive the #DatabaseRights on the SPARQL endpoint and see how long it takes until the source of 99 % of the PD data sues. Useful precedent!

@CyberpunkLibrarian "Now, I'm not exactly sure what legal standing Twitter"
Sui generis #DatabaseRights?
The issue with legal cases regarding exclusive rights to a database is that one can use EVERYTHING from a protected database freely*
*considering all these data was taken from other resources.
The key point is that database rightholder doesn't own exclusive rights to the data themselves, but exclusive right to copy something from the database.

@miriamkp Nice! What's the license?
A #CC0 statement would be sweet, to disclaim any potential sui generis #DatabaseRights you might otherwise unintentionally create in the EU.
