What is the lightest LLM in terms of training cost and data required? I'm a little disappointed that nobody has pre-trained a base model on the Pile v2 yet and contemplating just doing it myself with a few friends to prove you can make an LLM while respecting

is the idea that if a bot relies on your reporting, you should keep track of where the sources came from. This would create a shared sense of responsibility and liability where everything works better. A very different world could unfold where if an AI bot relied on your reporting, you get payment for it.
