985 followers · 24102 posts · Server retro.socialI am constantly running into problems with #DataDog treating gauge metrics that indicate rates as if they're counts, with the result that if I zoom out in a timeseries chart all the rates appear to go up. It's possible they're being recorded wrong, but in most cases we don't even have control of how they're being reported. Which makes me think a large fraction of Datadog's customers are basically getting invalid data.
