With the #dataprivacyframework (boy, that name alone, what happened to the distinction between Art. 7 and 8 CFR?) out now I am accepting bets.

And my money is on the ECJ holding this one.

Not because it's warranted but because a) the ECJ is slowly lowering its standards (see the recent #dataretention judgement) and b) the paperwork behind this privacy shield reboot did indeed get a bit more substantial.
