Ich bin Neuling im Bereich #Videobearbeitung und möchte aus MP4s meiner #GoPro Hero9 unter #MacOS Standbilder mit Geo-Daten exportieren. Diese JPGs möchte ich dann mit JOSM für die Bearbeitung von #OpenStreetMap einsetzen.

Mit der Quik-App von GoPro auf dem iPhone geht es nicht, da sind in den exportierten Standbildern keine Geodaten drin, obwohl sie in einer MP4-Spur vorhanden sind.
Kennt jemand ein Programm zur Videobearbeitung, das das kann, bevor ich alle einzeln durchprobiere? Die Einarbeitung ist für einen Anfänger ganz schön zeitaufwändig.

Erstmal habe ich mir eine Liste von Videobearbeitungsprogrammen erstellt, die ich sonst durchprobieren müßte:

I think I've run into a small issue with Davinci Resolve that's kind of bugging me.
The KColorPicker that it comes with *used* to save my custom colors, which you can see that are already pinned. But if I try pinning any new colors to the picker, they disappear when I restart it and it goes back to my previous palette.

Any guesses as to why this would happen? I know it worked before, how else would I have these colors saved?

I'm having an odd issue with a video project lately.

I #render the #video to MXF from #DavinciResolve, and the audio to WAV. I then render the MXF to MP4 (H264) using #Handbrake then combine the MP4 and WAV into and MKV using MKVToolNix.

Never had an issue doing this before but one person is struggling to watch the produced videos. They either don't load or error part way through. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking to narrow down the problem? #VideoEditing

How I would like #blackmagic editor keyboard. I don't need one but it would be very nice. But 600€ is just a little bit steep.
It does come with #davinciresolve studio license, but I have 3 of those already 🙄 Maybe lobby one from work... 🙃

Hmm, #davinciresolve and #amdgpu seems to be a no go. It does start but won't play anything, not even still images.

I used to use a perhaps less paid for than Adobe would have liked version of Premiere Pro but decided to go legal (but still not pay big money for hobby editing) a few years back and started using #Kdenlive instead. It had a few limitations but did well enough for me, but the most recent versions report false errors all the time with missing frames I can't be bothered to sort out so I've downloaded and played around with #DaVinciResolve today and have to say I'm very impressed with it.

It took me 3 and a half hours to edit a 20 minute video, most of that time spent scrubbing back and forth to remove dead air and then fighting with the transitions. I figured out how to use an adjustment clip to zoom into a part of the video, I'm very proud of that, and I managed to pull in a clip from a different project, though I really need to put most of these clips into one bin for easy import. I hope my friend likes it, there were a few things I was hoping to do that I didn't manage this week, but I'll tinker and figure it out later. I have to remember many tutorials may be using the paid version of #DavinciResolve but I'm not in a place where I can afford that yet.

@shasherazi but what's the advantage of using #kdenlive when there's #davinciresolve ?

Can anyone recomend a #videoeditor for #linux that is ideally #gtk based and offers #imagestabilization and #audio #compression among other features? I intend to replace #davinciresolve with an #opensource offering. I am not a #pro #editor but I still enjoy a well designed, capable #app with a solid feature set for my intermediate #videoediting. Many thanks in advance!

Ça y est, je commence enfin le montage (sur #davinciresolve ). Ce sera plus agréable que l'an dernier, on a enfin tenu une fiche de script de manière correcte et complète cette fois ci.
Heureusement que les prises son du tournages ne seront pas utilisées, je déteste m'occuper de synchroniser les pistes. par contre on va devoir passer du temps à tout redoubler / bruiter en post production.
Ce sera plus long, mais on pense que le résultat sera bien meilleur.
