Davis is very flat so I couldn't find a good vantage point to take a photo of the Vaca Mountains with snow on them.

Took a trip to a new-to-me part of Davis today. I was looking to take a walk near Putah Creek to see how the rains affected things, but knew the ground would be unsteady. So I didn't go to my usual approach to the UC Davis Putah Creek Reserve. However, this bit didn't have a paved or gravel trail, either. So it was a very short foray.
