Non-morning person here. I finally bought a dawn simulator alarm with a white noise function. 10/10 would recommend. Apart from the increasing light getting my brain into gear in the AM, it's nice not to get jolted from sound sleep into a noise induced panic every morning. #AlarmClock #DawnSimulator
