* FL Studio Mobile: probably the most capable app I have. Can’t change time signature after project is created, which sucks.
* GarageBand: only dabbled with it a bit so far. Seems nice but might hold your hand a bit too much for my tastes.
* DefleMask: capable tracker, relatively good UX. Limited, but for good reason (it’s chiptune-specific)
* SunVox: amazingly powerful, baffling UX, not great w/touch-only interface

1507 followers · 9500 posts · Server mas.toI like it cos it's very old-fashioned. Although it *is* a DAW, it's really reminds me of working with analogue tape / desks. I use the tape emulation and console inserts and the whole mix just glues together.
(Obviously, you can use those kind of inserts in any DAW but they feel more natural in Luna.)

I know there's loads of devs on here and I hope at least some of them see our conversations and try to push for greater #Accessibility in their work.
This is a HUGE problem I have with most #MusicProduction software: the UIs sacrifice legibility for fashion.
PLEASE let us change font size, icon size, choose colouring / grey for metering.

It actually works now, doesn't introduce mad latency and, like every good protocol, just melts into the background. So it's now trivial to connect a bazillion inputs up via Thunderbolt or USB or whatever.

I've just spent the last three hours on the Push3 and it's a huge thing to not touch a mouse or trackpad for 3 hours of my working day.
