Nearly nine months after #JohnAniston's death, the fate of his #DaysOfOurLives character Victor Kiriakis has finally been revealed -- Victor was killed in an apparent crash after his plane departed Greece for a return to Salem. His body was reported recovered by the Coast Guard. Aniston's final appearance was on December 26, 2022. Several former cast members including #JenLilley and #ZachTinker are expected to return to bid farewell to the character.

#Peacock's #DaysOfOurLives is taking a one week -- at least -- unplanned hiatus following the explosive accusations against the show's co-executive producer and director #AlbertAlarr. A misconduct investigation revealed 30-40 individuals, mostly women, reporting inappropriate comments and physical behavior and a toxic work environment fostered by Alarr for years.

#DaysOfOurLives star #CamilaBanus, who plays Gabi Hernandez, has exited the soap after 13 years, citing the show's move to #streaming as a sign to start the next chapter of her life. She filmed her last scenes on April 28, but an airdate for her final appearance is not known at this time.

#DickVanDyke will guest star on #Peacock's #DaysOfOurLives later this year in a dramatic role as a 97-year-old man with amnesia. He credits getting the part to a chance meeting at the gym with #DrakeHogestyn, whom Van Dyke asked why they don't have roles for old people on the show.
