My main point of reference for Ragman is when he was on Arrow and absorbed a nuclear blast w/his rags, then quit.

This card hits when Power Girl is at her most off-model, w/DC still inistent that "Superman is the only Kryptonian & we don't have parallel Earths" so PG suffers a weird Atlantean retcon/revamp.
