randomly started rereading the transmetropolitan series. it was first published, oh, 25 years ago and reading it in 2023 definitely feels different than the first time i read it (which, coincidentally, was 10 years ago to the day today). given the current state of technology, consumerism, social issues and such... man, this series was definitely before its time.
