DC water has been building this massive tunnel (and charging us for the privilege on our water bills) called the Northeast Boundary Tunnel, that's supposed to be done in October, but updates have been hit or miss.
Guess we'll see if it works.

One of the most enduring good things he helped to do is being undermined by an administration that pretends to memorialize him each year.
