The text is clear - Bidzina Ivanishvili is responsible "for ongoing detention [of Saakasvhili] as part of a personal vendetta"

Georgia belongs in Europe.

I have high hopes that it will become an 🇪🇺 member soon. Georgians deserve it.

But I am not sure if Bidzina Ivanishvili & co, who are holding the country hostage, are aiming for the same as the Georgian people.
