This week, I was looking forward to my Big milestone of finishing Connor Ratliff’s podcast “Dead Eyes”. It’s 31 episodes about how 20+ years ago, he was fired from a small role in Band of Brothers because #tomhanks saw his audition tape and thought he had #deadeyes. Initially you want to scream, get over yourself. But the pod is really about failure, resilience and connection. And it gives lots of insight into the entertainment industry.
