got to stand & salute for billy kreutzmann tonight in #nyc, a summer's evening of #gratefuldead music with an actual #gratefuldead. might pick a few nits but whatever, the hits were more than the misses. there was a 2nd drummer, but thought kreutzmann sounded boss & didn't really need the support. lots of fun surprises, including sierra hull, who shredded on electric mandolin in the best way & who I wish had more space to jam/lead (or lead jams). #deadfreaksunite
