I cancelled my account about a year ago because of poor customer service. I still remember that dude with a #bullshit job calling me to walk me through the login process with multi-factor authentication.
Sorry, but I've complained about those long URLs sent to my dumb-phone. I've copied that string, that looks like some sort of onion address, just to delete my account.
