It’s sick. Freedom my butt.

I’m so excited. I start to #DeApple my Mac life this week. After a lot of experimenting, planning and making mistakes, I finally switch to #LinuxMint running on a #System76 desktop by late this week. Plenty more learning to do.

It’s certainly been a long slog towards some form of personal enlightenment (better late than never).

Thanks to #QGIS and #darktable and many other #OpenSource projects for highlighting an alternate path forward.

Dopo qualche ora di lavoro per configurare tutto come si deve sono riuscito ad attivare la mia istanza personale di #OwnCloud ora non mi resta che migrare le foto e potró dire addio ad #iCloud e al suo inconcludente servizio clienti. Apple fa ottimi dispositivi ma a mio parere l'ecosistema è sopravvalutato. #degoogling #deapple
