St Bartholomew's, Orford, Suffolk.

In yovthfvll yeres, I was berefte of breth,
The devine power, of me did so devise,
That I in grave, shoulde lie a lingring sleepe,
Till sovnde of trvmp doo svmmon me to rise.

Memorial brass to Jone Wheatley, died 1603. There's a Suffolk accent in the way that 'doo summon me' has been written. It's a late brass, and to a woman too - Jone's mother, Bridget Smith, died 1605, is commemorated above.
