Chicago’s amazing Museum of Science & Industry has exhibits focusing on stages of life starting at conception. They include displays about our bodies, organs, genes, and mental health. Why not include death and the stages of dying? It’s just as important and sacred - a universal experience that shouldn’t be feared. C’mon MSI - be a part of that important conversation.

I’m happy to see this idea catching on- it’s so much better for the environment, and seems beautiful and natural to me. I also like land use for live things instead of setting it aside for the dead. (Even though I also love the peace and beauty of a cemetery! Mental contradictions…)

I'm curious, my fellow folks, how do we feel about the term "Tadophile" ?

For me, it feels exploitative somehow, but I cannot put my finger on why! I understand graveyard enthusiasm/enthusiasts (because same) but tadophile/tombstone tourism feels... icky.
