Excited to encounter a IUCN "Critically Endangered" freshwater crab, the Reticulated Swamp Crab (Parathelphusa reticulata) while walking at Upper Seletar Reservoir Park on 26 March 2023.

This crab is rare, endemic to Singapore and found in only a few places (swamp forests).
