Comcast is only out for your money and has no interest in helping you with substandard service that I was told was blamed on the customers infrastructure as a means to save the company money. I've also been charged for a high speed internet that I don't get and never will according to the techs who've been to my apartment. The company conceded to me that they would give me a $400.00 credit but would never be able to fix my issue.
