There are not "many ways of organizing!" Fundamentally, there are just two ways of organizing: Alpha ("command & control") and Beta ("decentralized & democratic"). In complexity, Alpha ceases to be effective.

Trying is not enough!
Remember what Yoda says: "Do, or do not. There is no try."

Consider this:
Democracy was not brought about by "trying."
Human rights were not brought about by "trying."

The same goes for organizational and coherent .

In the realm of work & organizations, is NOT part of the solution. Why? Because delegation is part of the command-and-control trap - not an alternative to it.
The actual solution is called : In organizational contexts, it means returning decision-making power & authority to teams, or "mini-companies" in the periphery.
