Indeed.
I noticed the decline in health services as early as 6-7 years ago. When it continued year on year I realised this was a trend but couldn't put my finger on quite what was fuelling it. We now know it was caused by #politicalgreed - robbing the poor to pay the rich.
I hate to say it but I think the worse is yet to come.
