My advice is don't watch it. Don't watch it. Know that this happens and it's ugly and terrible and unjust. Just know that this happens and it has to stop.

If you are of a compromised mental state, if you are not ready to see someone be beaten to death, don't watch it. If you are a decent human being, don't watch it. It both shouldn't have happened and shouldn't be seen. Please. I beg you.
