Then that awkward internalized moment of simultaneous relief & guilt that the #capitalist ethic imposes even while your hand use is so limited.

61 followers · 291 posts · Server toot.communityDiagnosed with #degenerativediscdisease and #osteoarthritis, with severe bilaterl #cervical #foraminalstenosis at C5-C6, and moderate to severe at C6-C7, with milder stenosis at C2-C3, C3-C4, and C7-T1. Doc says I can likely control it without negative impact, but groups and online reading seem to imply expected deterioration.

No one deserves this torture. I have #IntractablePain from #hEDS, #DegenerativeDiscDisease, #RhumatoidArthritis #osteoarthritis #InterstitialCystitis, #PCOS, #endometriosis & still finding more things. I can’t even get a script for tramodol, which was very effective for me in the past…& technically isn’t an opioid. I’m only offered non FDA (4

Ive started to go for a short walk every day to try a strengthen my lower back, plus daily stretching exercises, I doubt it will cure anything but it has to do me some good #backache #pain, #ibuprofen, 😩
