Here, holm oak trees "have been selected over centuries for the production of sweet acorns as a high quality #pig feed; planted deliberately or self-seeded. Below the tree layer is a grass layer used for grazing, or occasionally cultivated cereals "

#Iberico #Schweine leben in der #Dehesa in Freiheit und können auf sehr großen Flächen wie die #Wildschweine leben. Nachdem die Saison für #Eicheln vorbei ist sind unsere 14 Schweine jetzt wieder dort wo sie begonnen hatten und futtern das gesäte #Wurzelgemüse. #rettedenboden
