A Finnish essayist tells in today's newspaper, how #Proust is bad, because he " could be good but tries too much" (whatever that means) and people don't know how to read classics, as they read them "wrong".

I kind of get the latter, but with the first argument, this all really stirs the #Deleuzian in me. You don't *read* books, you *use* them as tools for whatever and however you want.

And Proust then? Well, he's the fucking Kobe beef of literature. And Kobe doesn't try. Kobe IS the king.
